PCD (Polycrystalline Diamond) Buttons are engineered for extreme abrasion resistance and thermal stability in high-pressure drilling applications. Our product line features diamond layer thickness of 0.5-2.0mm and cobalt-tungsten carbide (WC-Co) substrates(grades K10-K30), designed for roller cone bits, hammer drill bits, and DTH (Down-the-Hole) tools. All buttons comply with ISO 13593 and API RP 7G standards, with customizable geometries (hemispherical, conical, chisel) and surface finishes (polished/matte).
